Fun fact: The “theater bug” first bit me when I got my first big break playing a talking parrot in A Christmas Carol at a theater in my hometown of Quakertown, Pennsylvania!

I was first introduced to the stage when my mom put me in dance classes as soon as I could walk. (Thanks, Mom!) Although I don’t consider myself a dancer first, tap dancing was my first love, specifically because it gave me an appreciation for rhythm and music. When I was in the 3rd grade, I asked my parents to put me in piano lessons and by the time I was in 8th grade, I started teaching my own students! In 8th grade, I also began taking voice lessons and studying opera. In middle school, I got the opportunity to really sink my teeth into acting when I got to play a dead body in a murder mystery! My school didn’t have an auditorium, so we performed in the cafeteria and gymnasium. To this day, I love to see theater performed in unconventional and imaginative spaces.

Even though I grew up around Philly, I’ve always said that my heart is in New York. This was confirmed when my Mom took me to see my first Broadway show, Finding Neverland , and I started crying as soon as the music started because it was so beautiful. This May, I will be graduating from Rider University with my BFA in Acting for Film, Television, and Theatre and moving to the big city

As an artist, I am inspired by stories of grief, love, and magic. When I’m not performing, you can find me playing my favorite role of “best friend” to the most amazing people I know or probably rewatching my comfort shows.
